Changing your in-game name

Launching the game through steam:

1. When launching DayZ, launch it through the option of Run DayZ.

2. Click Parameters, located on the left side of the launcher.

3. Under Profile Name, enter your desired name, which should be kept PG.

4. Once finished typing, it will automatically save it for the next time you play.

Launching the game through DZSA:

1. Select Settings (top right of launcher).

2. Under Ingame Name, input your desired name, which should be kept PG.

3. Close the Settings window.

Building Rules

1. Base must be 500m from any trader.

2. Try to stay away from community POIs. (i.e., Police Stations, Hospitals, Fire Stations etc.)

3. There are some exceptions. Please talk to the admin team if you want to make sure your location is okay.

4. No bases in the military zones. At least 200m away.

5. Try to pick a place off of main roads (Out of town, down a dirt road preferably).

6. We have BBP. This means that you can pick a spot of land and build your own base. You do not have to pick an already standing building.

7. If you are unsure if your base location is allowed, please open a ticket in our Discord and an admin will check on it for you.

8. If your base violates any of these rules you will received a posted notice from the admin team to relocate your base.

9. The admin team are more than willing to help you find a new place to put your base. Just ask.

General Rules

1. PLEASE KEEP YOUR CAR COVERED WITH A CAMONET.

2. Do not leave your vehicle unlocked or uncovered if you are going to be away from it for more than a few minutes.

3. This is a PVE AND PVP server.

4. Raiding is only allowed in the PVP Area.

5. In the PVE Area: If it isn't yours, it isn't yours.

6. Respect people and they will respect you back

7. We are a great community and love to help. Press 'enter' to be able to send a chat message.

8. Press 'Z' to switch between Global text chat and Local/Direct text chat.

9. You must be 18+ to play on our servers.

10. Killing is only allowed when both parties are inside the PVP Area.

11. Need help and don't see anyone on? Join the discord :D

12. Press 'H' to toggle your compass HUD.

13. Please make sure your in-game name is PG. An admin will ask you to change your name if it isn't.

14. No loot cycling or other related activities that result in an unbalanced loot pool.

15. Run a lap or 2 around the area and then leave. This gives the next person chances of finding things worth while.
